No matter how good or bad the platform (Win8) is, eventually, it is 3rd party apps that matter most.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I am sure some policing is going on. My sister worked hard on her Photography app update, spending hours creating graphics for it in photoshop. It got rejected 4 times! Four times for a vague &quot;non functional&quot; reason. I don&#039;t see how my app (update) is non functional.

Once I even had an app update rejected because the screenshots were of the old version of the app and not the latest version. I mean if they are that picky, how do these crap get in the store??? Double standards?]]></description>
