From the leak of Windows 8.1 build 9385, we can see some massive upgrade for Internet Explorer 11 developer tools. This was demoed by bavogames, on a YouTube video.. The developer tools is designed make it easy to work with web pages with the source code of a web page and test web page performance. The developer tools for Internet Explorer has remained virtually unchanged since Internet Explorer 8. But this changes with IE11.
The developer tool seems to be getting new features as well as a visual overhaul. The dev tool, which can be brought up by pressing F12 on the keyboard, adapts the look of Visual Studio and Microsoft Office 2013.
